Mom'S Yeast Rolls(No-Knead Refrigerator Rolls) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cake yeast
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 c. warm milk
    1 stick butter (1/4 lb.)
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Stir together sugar and yeast until liquid.
    Add eggs and beat well.
    Add butter in small bits.
    Add alternately milk and flour. Add salt and beat well.
    Put in a cool place overnight, such as the refrigerator.
    The next day, knead and roll out; divide into thirds.
    Roll each third into a large circle, about 1/4-inch thick.
    Cut into 16 sections and roll each section into a crescent, starting at large end.
    Let rise until light.
    Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Makes 4 dozen.
