Chili Con Carne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 4 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 lb.ground turkey
    2 to 3 sliced onions
    3 to 4 green peppers, sliced
    2 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (1 lb.) can red kidney beans
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In hot oil, brown turkey.
    Add onions, peppers, tomato sauce, kidney beans, chili powder and salt.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat.
    Cook slowly over a low heat for one hour.
    Serve with hot Italian bread.
