Refrigerator Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) Raisin Bran cereal
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. plain flour
    2 1/2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. salad oil
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. ground cloves
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients together.
    Mix wet together, then combine with dry.
    Cover and store in refrigerator overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Keeps up to 6 weeks in refrigerator covered tightly.
    I use a Tupperware container in the refrigerator to keep some already baked and then put them in the microwave for 30 seconds on High to heat up for breakfast.
