Parsley Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1 1/4 c. soft breadcrumbs
    1 c. chopped fresh parsley
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 large clove garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dried whole thyme
    1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    1/4 tsp. ground allspice
    1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. red pepper
    3 bay leaves
    1 Tbsp. catsup
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except bay leaves and catsup; stir well.
    Shape into a loaf and place in a 9 x 5 x 3-inch two-piece loaf pan with drain holes in the bottom.
    Arrange bay leaves on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 to 25 minutes or until done. Remove from pan and discard bay leaves; spread catsup over meat loaf.
