Squash Deluxe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. zucchini or yellow squash
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 can water chestnuts, drained
    1 large onion, chopped fine
    1 (4 oz.) jar chopped pimento (optional)
Preparation
    Cut squash into
    chunks
    and
    boil until tender; drain. Saute stuffing in margarine; set aside.
    Combine chicken soup, sour cream, water chestnuts, onion, pimento and squash.\tUsing an 8-inch square Pyrex,
    put
    half
    of
    crumb\tmixture
    on the bottom, then all of
    squash mixture and top with other half of crumb mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
