Midwest Chops And Pot Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    vegetable oil
    salt
    1 can celery soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 pkg. hash browns
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 can French fried onion rings
Preparation
    Brown chops in skillet.
    Sprinkle with salt.
    Set aside. Combine soup, milk, sour cream, pepper and salt.
    Stir in potatoes, 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 cup fried onions.
    Spoon mixture into 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Arrange chops over potatoes.
    Bake covered at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Top with remaining cheese and onions.
    Bake uncovered 5 minutes.
