Turkey Hash - Oven Style - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. coarsely ground, cooked turkey
1 c. cubed, cooked potatoes
1 (5 1/2 oz.) can evaporated milk
1/4 c. snipped (finely) parsley
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. sage
dash of pepper
1/2 c. crushed saltines
1 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

In a mixing bowl, stir turkey, potato, evaporated milk, parsley, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, sage and pepper.
Put mixture into a greased 1-quart casserole.
