Barbecued Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (4 lb.) beef chuck pot roast
3/4 c. bottled barbecue sauce
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. orange marmalade
1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation

In Dutch oven or roasting pan, brown meat on both sides in 450\u00b0 oven (10 to 15 minutes per side).
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
