Louisiana Papadums - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. French or rye bread
melted butter
grated cheese (Cheddar, Parmesan, Romaine, etc.)
sesame seed
Preparation

Slice the bread as thinly as possible.
Dip in the melted butter or brush with melted butter.
Spread on cookie sheet and bake at 250\u00b0 until crisp or bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
Sprinkle with sesame seed or the grated cheese.
