Cornbread Or Corn Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/3 c. flour
1 1/4 c. cornmeal
2/3 c. sugar
5 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/3 c. milk
5 Tbsp. butter, melted
3 eggs, beaten
Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Mix well.
In a separate bowl, combine milk, butter and eggs.
Add to dry ingredients.
Mix until blended. Do not overbeat.
Pour into greased baking pan or greased muffin tins.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
