Pear Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. fresh pears
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 c. flour
1 tsp. cloves
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix together and let stand for 3 hours the pears, sugar and oil.
Sift together flour, clove, soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Add eggs to pear mixture.
Then add the nuts.
Cook in tube pan for one hour at 350\u00b0.
