Manicotti With Cheese Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. box manicotti shells
    2 lb. Ricotta cheese
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 (2 lb.) jar spaghetti sauce
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook manicotti shells in 4 quarts boiling salted water for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Drain.
    Mix remaining ingredients (less the manicotti shells and spaghetti sauce) in a large mixing bowl.
    Stuff each shell with 1/3 to 1/2 cup filling.
    Pour enough spaghetti sauce to cover bottom of 3-quart baking dish.
    Lay shells side by side.
    Pour remaining sauce over the shells. Sprinkle the top with Parmesan cheese, if desired and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Serve hot.
