Springtime Spaghettini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 lb. very thin egg noodles
    1/4 c. butter
    2 tsp. minced garlic
    2 large carrots, cut julienne
    1 medium zucchini, cut julienne
    1 small sweet red or green pepper, julienned
    1 c. whipping cream
    1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. chopped dill
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Bring water to rapid boil in large saucepan.
    Add salt and pasta.
