Great Beef And Onions - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. cubed beef
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 large onion, sliced (may use Spanish onion)
1/4 c. oleo
1 pkg. onion soup mix
2 c. (1 lb.) sour cream
Preparation

Saute beef, mushrooms and onion in butter or oleo.
Add salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste.
Add 1/2 to 3/4 cup water.
Let simmer over low heat until meat and mushrooms are tender.
Add soup mix while simmering.
Add sour cream.
Stir until mixed. Simmer 20 minutes.
Serve over cooked rice or noodles and any green vegetable.
