Honey Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (1 1/2 to 2 lb.) broiler-fryers, cut up
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1/2 c. honey
    1/4 c. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. curry powder
Preparation
    Place chicken pieces in shallow baking pan, skin side up. Combine butter, honey, mustard, salt and curry powder and mix. Pour over chicken and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours, basting every 15 minutes, until chicken is tender and nicely browned.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
