Gelatin Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
2/3 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. whipped topping
1 c. grated American cheese
1 c. crushed pineapple, well drained
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in cold water in small dish.
Bring to boil pineapple juice and sugar, then add to gelatin and mix well.
Set mixture in refrigerator to settle and cool but do not allow mixture to harden.
