Impossible Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick
2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease pie plate.
Beat all ingredients until smooth, 1 minute in blender on high or 2 minutes by hand beater.
Pour into pie plate.
Bake until inserted knife comes out clean, 50 to 55 minutes.
Makes its own crust.
Use 1 large or 2 small pie pans.
