Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    32 oz. pkg. Ore Ida hash brown potatoes
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    8 oz. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 soup can water
    2 (8 oz.) cartons sour cream
    1 stick melted oleo
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients and drizzle oleo over the top.
    Bake in a 9 x 13-inch buttered casserole for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    This makes a big amount.
