Fresh Peach Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    1/2 to 2/3 c. sugar (sweetness of peaches)
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    3/4 c. skim milk
    1/4 c. melted oleo
    1 large egg
    1 heaping c. fresh peaches, diced in small chunks
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Mix milk, oleo and egg; add to dry mixture.
    Stir only to moisten.
    Do not beat!!
    Fold in peaches including juice.
    Makes 12 muffins.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Cool in pan for 5 minutes.
