Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 or 8 medium potatoes
    1 onion
    1 green pepper
    1/2 lb. cheese (American)
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 stick melted margarine
    4 slices bread, cubed
Preparation
    Cook potatoes for 10 minutes.
    Do not overcook.
    Cool and skin; cut into cubes.
    Cut bread, onions, green pepper and cheese into cubes.
    Combine in large bowl.
    Pour melted margarine over.
    Add pepper to taste.
    Mix well.
    Place in casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
