Chicken And Potato Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut up
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    2 tsp. parsley
    salt and pepper
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 c. mashed potatoes
    1 beaten egg
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Place chicken, celery, parsley, salt and pepper into a large pan; cover with water and bring to a boil.
    Cook for 2 or 3 hours until the chicken is tender; drain the chicken, keeping the broth. Remove bones and skin from chicken.
    Return meat to the broth. Mix together remaining ingredients, adding enough chicken broth to make a thick dough.
    Bring broth to a boil and drop dumpling mix by spoonfuls into broth.
    Cook over low heat for about 15 minutes.
