Layered Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bunches spinach, cleaned and dried
    salt and pepper
    1 tsp. sugar
    6 hard-boiled eggs
    1/2 lb. ham, julienne cut
    1 head lettuce, break the leaves
    1 pkg. frozen petit peas, thawed and drained
    1 purple onion, thinly sliced
    1 c. sour cream
    2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, julienned
    1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preparation
    Options:
    Cherry tomatoes (cut in half), shrimp, avocados, mushrooms, etc.
