Baked Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
    1 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. flour
    salt to taste
    1/4 c. melted butter
    3 Tbsp. bread crumbs
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    6 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in small amount of water until tender; drain. In greased 2-quart casserole, sprinkle 1 tablespoon bread crumbs over bottom.
    Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, flour and onion. Place layer of potatoes in casserole.
    Salt to taste.
    Add layer of egg slices.
    Spread 1/2 creamy mixture over eggs.
    Repeat layers.
    Sprinkle 2 tablespoons bread crumbs on top.
    Drizzle melted butter over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
