Rigatoni Ii - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. onion
1 (32 oz.) jar meatless spaghetti sauce
1 tsp. pepper
1 (16 oz.) carton cottage cheese
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 (16 oz.) box rigatoni
Parmesan cheese
2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation

In a large skillet, lightly brown ground beef. Add onion. On medium heat, stir in sauce and pepper. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. In a bowl, stir cottage cheese, milk and salt. Add rigatoni after cooking it about 10 minutes. Stir good. Spoon 1/2 of rigatoni on bottom of pan; top with sauce and Mozzarella cheese. Repeat, then sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
