Basic Roll Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. sugar
    2/3 c. shortening
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. mashed potatoes
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    2 beaten eggs
    1 1/2 c. lukewarm water
    7 1/2 c. all-purpose four
Preparation
    Cream together the sugar and shortening.
    Add the rest of the ingredients and stir well.
    Dough may be sticky.
    Cover and raise until double in bulk.
    Makes 2 loaves of bread or 1 loaf and 12 rolls.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
