Chicken Livers In Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh livers
    1/2 stick oleo
    1 c. fresh mushrooms
    Kitchen Bouquet and pepper
Preparation
    Clean livers in cool water and drain well. Saute in butter until tender and half done (10 or 15 minutes).
    Add clean, washed mushrooms and cook until done (5 or 10 minutes). Add black pepper and a dash of Bouquet.
    Makes a great gravy.
    Serve over rice.
