Fresh Pineapple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. flour
    2/3 to 1 c. sugar
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 c. fresh pineapple
    pastry for 2-crust pie
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar and salt into the eggs.
    Add lemon juice and pineapple.
    Pour in pastry-lined pie pan.
    Cover with top crust. Bake 10 minutes at 450\u00b0.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0.
    Bake 35 minutes.
