Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen spinach, chopped
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can water chestnuts
Preparation
    Thaw spinach and drain until dry.
    (Use strainer and press spinach with a spoon, then drying in a paper towel.)
    Slice chestnuts.
    Combine all ingredients well.
    Place in 2-quart casserole dish and bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until it bubbles. Serves 8 to 10.
