Applesauce Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
1 1/2 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2/3 c. applesauce
3 Tbsp. finely chopped onions
1/2 c. Romano cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. parsley, chopped
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 soup can water
Preparation

Mix all above ingredients except soup.
Form into meatballs. Roll in flour (lightly).
Place in lightly oiled baking pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 until cooked.
Mix soup and water and pour over meatballs.
