Deviled Crabs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. cooked crab meat
1 Tbsp. melted butter
1 chopped hard-cooked egg
1 c. milk
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. paprika
1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Flake crab meat.
Combine all ingredients.
Put in greased individual baking dishes.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Dot with butter.
Bake in moderate oven (350\u00b0) until well browned.
Serves 6.
