Turkey Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 manicotti shells
    1 lb. ground raw turkey
    1 large can meatless spaghetti sauce
    1 beaten egg
    1 c. Ricotta cheese
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. snipped parsley
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook manicotti in boiling water about 18 minutes or until tender but still firm.
    Drain well.
    In a large skillet cook turkey until no longer pink.
    Drain.
    Stir in sauce; heat through.
    Mix together egg, Ricotta, Mozzarella, parsley and Parmesan.
    Stuff cheese mixture into shells.
    Spoon 1/3 of the sauce mixture into a 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Place shells atop.
    Top with remaining sauce mix; covering shells.
    Bake, covered, in a 350\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until hot.
    Serves 4.
