Lime-Orange Catfish(Servings: 6) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. fresh lime juice
1/2 c. orange juice
2 tsp. sugar
1 clove garlic, pressed
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. olive oil
6 (4 oz.) catfish fillets
vegetable cooking spray
lime and orange slices and fresh parsley sprigs (garnishes)
Preparation

Whisk together first 8 ingredients. Gradually whisk in olive oil until well blended. Remove half of juice mixture and set aside.
