Pink Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    1 large pkg. strawberry jello
    1 small carton cottage cheese
    1 small carton sour cream
    1 large container Cool Whip
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. coconut
Preparation
    Place pineapple in a large saucepan.
    Add jello and heat until jello dissolves.
    Remove from heat.
    Cool slightly.
    Add remaining ingredients and blend thoroughly.
    Pour into mold or bowl.
    Chill.
