Lemon Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks butter
1/2 c. Wesson oil
5 eggs
3 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon flavoring
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together.
Cream butter, oil and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time.
Blend well after each.
Add dry ingredients alternately with milk.
Pour into greased, floured 10-inch tube pan.
Start in cold oven.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 75 minutes.
