Lasagne(Use Sauce Recipe By Helen Seitz) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    36 oz. Ricotta cheese
    12 lasagne noodles
    6 slices Muenster cheese
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In large bowl, mix 3 eggs, beaten, into 36 ounces Ricotta cheese and refrigerate until ready to assemble.
    About 1 hour before assembling, cook lasagne noodles; drain and cool in cold water.
    Dry on paper towels.
