Shannon'S Chocolate Eclair - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box graham crackers
    2 (3 oz.) boxes French vanilla pudding
    1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
    1 can chocolate icing
Preparation
    Make pudding in large bowl according to the directions on the box.
    Fold in Cool Whip.
    In a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan, layer graham crackers to cover bottom of pan, then a layer of pudding, layer of graham crackers, layer of pudding and layer of graham crackers.
