Big Mama'S Sweet Potato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. raw sweet potato, peeled and grated
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 c. pecans
Preparation
    Place in 1-quart casserole.
    Top with pecans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serve warm, plain or whipped cream.
    Serves 6 to 8.
