Macadamia Nut Chocolate Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs, separated
    1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
    pinch of cream of tartar
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 c. well chilled whipping cream
    1 1/2 c. chopped Macadamia nuts
    1 c. well chilled whipping cream
    2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
    chocolate curls
Preparation
    Mix crumbs and butter.
    Press into a 9-inch pie plate.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for
    5 to 7 minutes.
    Cool completely.
