Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 fresh mangoes, peeled and chopped
16 oz. can unsweetened pears, chopped
20 oz. can chunk pineapple
16 oz. can unsweetened peaches
1 c. seedless golden raisins
1 c. coarsely chopped nuts, walnuts or pecans
1/2 pt. heavy cream
4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Preparation

Drain all fruits well and add to mangoes.
Beat cream to pudding consistency, fold in mayo.
Put all ingredients together, cover, refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with mint leaves for garnish.
