East Meets West Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. bok choy leaves and stems
    1 c. lettuce
    1 tsp. sesame seed
    2 tsp. low sodium soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    For salad, tear greens into bite-size pieces.
    Cut stems into 1/4-inch slices.
    Toast the sesame seed until brown in a small pan or skillet.
