Homemade Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    4 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    dried rosemary
    oil and salt as needed
Preparation
    Add sugar and yeast to lukewarm water.
    Stir to dissolve yeast.
    Add flour, salt and onion; knead until smooth.
    Let rise until doubled.
    Punch it down; flatten dough on oiled cookie sheet to 1-inch thick.
    Oil top of dough.
    Let it rise to double. Sprinkle with salt and dried rosemary.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
