Hot And Sour Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cans chicken broth
    6 dried Chinese mushrooms, sliced
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 lb. cooked chicken, cubed
    1 carrot (matchstick), sliced
    1/2 c. bamboo shoots
    1/4 c. rice vinegar
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. chopped green onion
Preparation
    Mix all and simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
