Beef Bourguignonne Extraordinaire - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. chuck roast, cut into cubes
    10 3/4 oz. can golden mushroom soup
    10 1/2 oz. can French onion soup
    1 c. sweet vermouth
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In skillet, brown roast and place in greased 3-quart casserole.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cover and bake 3 hours.
    Serve over egg noodles.
