Corn Medley Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. thinly sliced onion
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. diced cooked potato
    1 c. luncheon meat, diced (Spam)
    2 cans cream-style corn
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 can chicken broth
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    In large saucepan, cook onion in butter, then add Spam and brown a little.
    Add potato, corn, soup, milk, salt and pepper; heat to boiling.
    Add chicken broth to make it a proper consistency.
    Serves 6 to 8.
