French Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    family size pkg. frozen peas
    1 can drained bean sprouts
    1 can Campbell's mushroom soup
    1 small can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced and drained
    1 small can French fried onions
    1 small onion, sliced
    2/3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    small amount oleo
Preparation
    Saute onion in small amount of oleo.
    Barely cook peas (leave crunchy!).
    Mix all ingredients, topping casserole with the French fried onions.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until bubbly, about 25 to 30 minutes.
    Serves 10 to 12.
    Leftovers may be frozen!
