Diabetic Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 c. Crisco oil
1 egg
1 c. Bisquick
1 pkg. instant pudding (any flavor)

Preparation

Mix together with fork.
Put small amount in little bowl and press with fork.
Put on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 9 to 12 minutes at 350\u00b0.
