Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cake flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Sift together the first 5 ingredients; set aside.
    Combine salad oil and sugar; mix well.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
    Gradually add dry ingredients, mixing well.
    Stir in 2 cups finely grated carrots.
    Pour into greased and floured cake pans and bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
