Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 c. milk
    1 to 2 c. Velveeta
    1/4 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Add flour, mix until smooth.
    Add salt and pepper.
    When mixture is smooth and bubbly, take off burner; add milk.
    Put on burner.
    When mixture is a little thick, add cheese. Stir continuously until thick.
    Remove from burner.
    Add to 2 cups cooked macaroni noodles.
    Mix in 1/4 cup chopped onion; dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes; covered.
    Remove lid. Bake for 15 minutes more.
