Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 small onion, minced
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    dash of pepper
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
    3 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Add to spinach mixture and pour into baked quiche crust or 9-inch (deep dish) pie crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
