Blueberry Gingerbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1 tsp. salt (optional)
1 tsp. (heaping) baking soda
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. molasses
2 eggs (or egg substitute)
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 c. hot tea
1 c. blueberries
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients.
Add wet ingredients, adding tea last. Fold in berries.
Use a 9 x 13 inch prepared pan or make into muffins.
Bake at
350\u00b0 until done.
